Washington Business Center at CCD (WBC) - An SBA Public/Private partnership
Helping business owners succeed in all Washington counties, with a focus on the greater Seattle Metropolitan area since 1999. Proud founding partners of the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training (WNET) program.

Northwest Women's Business Center (NWWBC) - An SBA Public/Private partnership
This program was established in 2001 to serve the women business owners Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, San Juan and Kitsap counties. It has since evolved to specialize in creating and delivering entrepreneurial development training and counsel to Women, the Latino Business Community, and to Native American entrepreneurs.

South Sound Washington Business Center at CCD (SS WBC) - An SBA Public/Private partnership
Helping business owners succeed in Thurston & Pierce counties. SS WBC focuses on counseling and training for women and minority business owners & entrepreneurs and also offers the South Sound WNET program.


Washington State Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC)
This state-wide program provides professional business consulting services to fast growth, minority-owned businesses with revenue in excess of $500,000 or the potential for rapid growth.


Procurement and Technical Assistance (PTAC) Program of King County
The PTAC at Community Capital Development helps King County companies find and successfully bid on contracts to sell to local, state and federal governments.  With the help of PTAC centers, Washington State companies have won millions of dollars in federal, state and local contracts and subcontracts. Most PTAC services are available free of charge to all Washington State businesses, but the program places particular emphasis on assisting small businesses, women-owned businesses, disadvantaged businesses, veteran-owned and service disabled veteran-owned businesses.

PTAC Services include: Computerized bid match service, interpretation of solicitations, assistance with government registrations and certifications, trainings and seminars, and marketing assistance for your products and services.
